Airport-Hotel buses

The conference organization has arranged for private buses from the Bilbao airport to the conference center/hotels on Tuesday, 11 July at 18:30 and 23:00 (new, see link) and Wednesday, 12 July at 17:00.

FINDING THE CONFERENCE BUS AT THE AIRPORT: On 11-12 July, a person from the conference organization will be waiting at the airport with an IAFEP sign to take you to the bus. She or he will wait just outside the luggage claim/pickup area, outside but under the roof, at the last bench on the far right side if you are facing away from the terminal building as you come out of the luggage pickup area (that is, on the far left side if you are facing the terminal building). S/he will lead you to where the bus is parked. S/he should have a list of names and hotel reservations, so the bus will make stops at all the hotels/residences where people are staying.

CONFERENCE BUSES AT THE END THE CONFERENCE: After the conference, buses will go from the conference center/Hospedería/Hotel Sindica to the Bilbao airport on Saturday 15 July and Sunday 16 July. On Saturday, the bus will leave from the conference center parking lot at 13:30 sharp, and stop soon after at the Hotel Soraluce, the Faculty of Business’ student residence, and Hotel Etxe Aundi if necessary. On Sunday 16 July the bus will leave the conference center parking lot at 8:00 A.M., again stopping at the Hotel Soraluce, the student residence and the Hotel Etxe Aundi.
