Registration closes Wednesday, 28 June

Persons planning to attend the conference are advised that full payment of all fees must be received by June 30, 2006, at the latest. Attendees should please BRING WITH THEM CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT at the time of registration to avoid possible confusion.

Please be sure that the NAME or NAMES of the individuals registering appear on the bank transfer form.

You may also pay by personal or bank check using the regular post-mail. If you plan to pay by check, please add five euros to the total to cover bank processing charges. Thank you.
